Same postures, same heat, shorter class time. All of us at Bikram Yoga Binghamton are excited to announce the addition of early morning class times starting next week. Summer is officially here and it is our hope that these early morning class times will allow you to get your Yoga in early so that you have more time to soak up the sun and enjoy all of the wonders that summer brings. With warm weather upon us, we know that sometimes you have to choose between making it to class or spending time outdoors. Now you can accomplish both. Yoga class and a green juice all before 8AM – how good does that sound? Let’s kick things off with a bang! Curious about the 60 Minute Class format? These early morning Express Classes are designed for those of you that need to get your Yoga in before you have to head to class or to work in the morning. You can be in, out, showered, and to the office before 8AM if you need to be. Throughout this sixty minute class you will practice the same sequence of postures in the same heated room that you are used to. You’ll practice two sets of most postures and one set of a select few. You’ll be amazed at how good you feel and you’ll leave class energized and with enough time to get ready for work, school, or play.
