Marc

I have been practicing and teaching Bikram Yoga for over seven years. Prior to finding Bikram Yoga, I suffered from chronic back pain due to stress fractures in my vertebrae and scoliosis in my spine. Years playing collegiate and professional golf had taken their physical toll on my body. A woman who saw me stretching at the gym told me that Bikram Yoga would help with my back pain and, being desperate for relief, I gave it a shot. That first class changed my life. For the first time in years I felt a change in my spine. I felt so different that after taking my first class I went back a few hours later and took a second one. I immediately began practicing this Yoga every day and have never looked back. Bikram Yoga healed my spine and gave me an improved quality of life. I have witnessed this Yoga change so many people’s lives by simply healing their injuries. This system of Yoga works! It is powerful beyond belief and I am honored and humbled to bring it to the Binghamton community.

Marc has been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2007 and began teaching in 2008. After spending years travelling around the world teaching Bikram Yoga, Marc moved to Binghamton to open Bikram Yoga Binghamton. Marc has competed at Regional and National Yoga Championships a number of times and is well known throughout the Bikram Yoga Community. He was also a lead in charge of posture clinics for several weeks at the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in the spring of 2013.

There is no pain in the present moment, no regret of the past, no fear of the future.

MARY JARVIS

Never too old, never too bad, never too sick, never to late to do yoga and start from scratch once again.

BIKRAM CHOUDHURY

The longer you practice yoga, the better you get. If you continue to practice yoga for the rest of your life, then the condition you are in today is the worst you will ever look, feel, be, move.

The greatest challenge yields the greatest possibility for change.
